Guernsey

Guernsey was the first domicile in the world to introduce the Protected Cell Company (PCC) concept which has become a hugely popular insurance vehicle around the world. Bermuda

Bermuda is one of the world’s leading captive domicile with over 1800 companies (over half of the captives currently in existence) being managed on the island and over 75% of the Fortune 100 companies having a presence here. Malta

Since joining the European Union on the 1st of May 2004 Malta has allied its insurance regulations and tax legislation to EU standards. One aspect of this new alliance is the potential for captive management companies to operate in a rapidly expanding onshore finance domicile. Malta is expected to become an influential insurance market over the next decade. In early 2006 Alternative Risk Management (Malta) Limited was licensed as a Maltese Insurance Manager. We can now offer both captive insurance and protected cell services from Malta.
