Windward Insurance PCC Limited

Windward Insurance PCC Limited is our inhouse Protected Cell company based in Guernsey. It currently has over 20 individual third party owned cells operating with total premium income of £14m (net £9m) and net assets of £28.7M

ARM Insurance Limited

ARM Insurance Ltd is our Bermuda based Segregated Account Company (SAC) which is the vehicle used for those clients for which a PCC strategy is implemented. The Bermuda SAC legislation is very similar to the PCC legislation adopted in both Guernsey and Malta.
